1. 宗旨

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Mewayz services, including all associated features, tools, APIs, and white-label offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, resellers, and their end-users.

2. 禁止活动

You may not use Mewayz services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications; using our platform for email harvesting or distribution of spam
• Malware: Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software or code
• Phishing: Creating fake login pages, impersonating other services or individuals, or attempting to deceive users into revealing sensitive information
• 非法内容： Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child exploitation material, illegal weapons, or controlled substances
• Harassment: Using our services to harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any individual or group
• 欺诈： Engaging in fraudulent activities, including identity theft, financial fraud, pyramid schemes, or deceptive business practices
• 数据挖掘与抓取： Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or data extraction from our platform or using our services to scrape third-party websites without authorization
• 规避安全措施： Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions of our services

3. 内容标准

All content created, uploaded, stored, or transmitted through Mewayz services must comply with the following standards. Content must not be:

• Harmful, abusive, or threatening to any individual or group
• Defamatory, libelous, or containing false statements of fact
• Infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of others
• Containing explicit or obscene material without appropriate access controls
• Discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Deceptive or misleading, including fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements

4. System Abuse

You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the performance or availability of Mewayz services. Prohibited system abuse includes:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network flooding
• Excessive API calls beyond documented rate limits or intended usage patterns
• Intentional overloading of servers, databases, or infrastructure components
• Running automated scripts or bots that consume disproportionate system resources
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs instead of responsibly reporting them
• Interfering with other users' access to or enjoyment of the services

5. 账户安全

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Immediately report any unauthorized access, security breaches, or suspicious activity to [email protected]
• Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you

6. 白标特定规则

If you are a Mewayz white-label reseller, the following additional obligations apply:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your end-users comply with this Acceptable Use Policy
• You must communicate these usage guidelines to your clients and enforce them within your white-label instance
• You must promptly address any violations reported by Mewayz or by your end-users
• Failure of your end-users to comply with this AUP may result in enforcement actions against your reseller account
• You must maintain accurate records of your end-users and provide cooperation when investigating potential violations

7. 强制执行

Mewayz reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Warning: A formal notice identifying the violation and requiring corrective action within a specified timeframe
• 内容移除： Removal or disabling of content that violates this policy without prior notice
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account or specific features while a violation is investigated or remediated
• Termination: Permanent termination of your account for serious or repeated violations, without refund of any prepaid fees
• 法律行动： Referral to law enforcement authorities where violations involve illegal activity

The severity of the enforcement action will depend on the nature, gravity, and frequency of the violation. Mewayz may act without prior notice in cases of severe or imminent harm.

8. 报告违规

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it promptly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in a timely manner.
