1. 무료 플랜
Mewayz offers a Free Plan that requires no payment information and no financial commitment. Since no payment is collected on the Free Plan, no refund is applicable. You can use the Free Plan for as long as you like with no obligation to upgrade.
2. 30일 환불 보장
We stand behind our product. If you purchase any paid plan and are not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
- The 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription only
- Refund requests within this period are processed without requiring a reason
- This guarantee does not apply to renewal payments or plan upgrades after the initial 30-day window
3. 월간 구독
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel a monthly subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You continue to have full access to all paid features until the billing period expires
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan
4. 연간 구독
Annual subscriptions provide significant savings compared to monthly billing. The following refund terms apply:
- 구매 후 30일 이내: You are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription
- 30일 후: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining months
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan

6. 환불 처리
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Here is what to expect:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement
7. 예외
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us directly
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of our refund policy
